Road Tunnel to Dam Site is Breakthrough !!!

The Lot 1 Civil Contractor of Upper Tamaksohi Hydroelectric Project M/s Sinohydro Corporation Ltd succeeded to breakthrough the project access road tunnel for Dam Site yesterday.

This 340 m road tunnel replaces damaged road section at Kavre cliff which was severely damaged by the April 25 earthquake last year.

It will take another couple of days to allow for safe traffic.
